Growing the right way.
We started in a Cornish Street garage in Lower Hutt, Wellington. Sam Faisandier, owned a small building company and found the whole 'getting a concrete slab process' very stressful.
It didn't take long for Sam to think, "what if I managed the process instead?"
The plan was to eliminate the stress of site preparation. That's our mission. In our industry, there's that all common push to grow fast and 'pump out more volume.' We think consistency and delivering on our word is more important, so when we start in a new region we do it slowly, with the right [local] people, the right way.
The hardest part of spreading our success throughout New Zealand has been keeping the culture and grass roots feeling alive.
We take the time to get the processes right. When we enter a new region, we don't just jump in. We team up with local legends who are active in their community.
If we're in your region, on Saturday mornings, you'll see Tidy Slabs jackets on the sidelines. See our partners below.
Cam leads our Auckland branch. He’s earnest and keen to take the burdens of site preparation off you so you can get on with the build.
Wellington’s where we cut our teeth. If you’re looking for a slab in Wellington, then get in touch with Brian Bowers.
Just over the Rimutakas, Michael's experience and knowledge means we’re equipped to show you a service that’s second to none.
Yep, we’re expanding up the coast too. Brian Bowers, a Kāpiti Coast local, leads our Levin team.
If you can’t find an office for your region, we recommend you get in touch. We’ve got a few plans in the pipeline so we might be able to help you get your site prepared for build.Get in Touch
