Growing the right way.
We started in a Cornish Street garage in Lower Hutt, Wellington. Sam Faisandier, owned a small building company and found the whole 'getting a concrete slab process' very stressful.
It didn't take long for Sam to think, "what if I managed the process instead?"
The plan was to eliminate the stress of site preparation. That's our mission. In our industry, there's that all common push to grow fast and 'pump out more volume.' We think consistency and delivering on our word is more important, so when we start in a new region we do it slowly, with the right [local] people, the right way.
